Since 2016, I have worked exclusively with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their entities. I have managed teams for affluent clients with net worth from $1M - $1.2B. I have worked with clients who were pioneers in the technology sector and venture capital markets, and as a result, I am well-versed in the tax implications of early-stage VC investments, alternative compensation (RSUs, stock options, etc.), hedge fund partnerships, foreign investment reporting, and multistate resident and nonresident return filings.
